My pregnancy massage is carried out in semi reclining and side lying positions with bump, knees and ankles fully supported. All my massage sessions include a discussion of your pregnancy and check on mother and baby so that the treatment can be tailored to your exact needs. The massage will be aimed at supporting your body through the physiological changes of pregnancy as well as providing a safe space to talk about any fears or concerns. I will blend oils to your specific requirement, and can even create a blend for you to take away and use in labour. For women who have reached their due date the massage can include acupressure points to encourage the body’s natural journey to labour.
