Each session lasts 1 hour with between 20 – 45 minutes for massage as you and your baby build this wonderful skill together over the three sessions. You will learn to:
Perform a full body massage with your baby safely, including the tummy massage for problems with digestion.
What oils and lotions are advised for baby massage.
The benefits of baby massage and how to use it in different situations.
How to adapt your massage so you can keep using your skills as you baby grows into a toddler and beyond.
Baby massage is safe from birth, although very young babies may be only able to participate in short lengths of massage initially. However, you will still learn all the skills you need to carry your massage forward as they grow.
