This £65.00 session includes organic massage oil and a booklet of techniques learnt to support your ongoing practice.
The session will last 1 hour, but it is important to know that with this one off session your baby may or may not participate.  I will bring practice demo dolls.  You will learn to:
Perform a full body massage safely, including the tummy massage for problems with digestion.
What oils and lotions are advised for baby massage.
The benefits of baby massage and how to use it for different situations.
Baby massage is safe from birth, although very young babies may be only able to participate in short lengths of massage initially. However, you will still learn all the skills you need to carry your massage forward as they grow.
