Baby Craniosacral Therapy

Service Description

For babies During birth a baby is completely compressed. Compression of the spine & head may occur, affecting the surrounding muscles. When compression occurs, if not released it can impede the workings of the whole body. CST allows the therapist to find areas of tension and by engaging with the craniosacral system, with a very light touch, help to release them. This can help breathing problems, sucking and feeding issues, colic, digestive symptoms, sleep problems & improve bonding to name a few. Mel works from a purpose built log cabin in her garden in Upper Beeding, a tranquil space surrounded by birdsong and the gentle sound of running water.
