Service Description

This gentle, nurturing reflexology session is designed to help prepare your body for birth. Through deep relaxation and the stimulation of specific reflexology and acupressure points, the treatment supports your body’s natural progression toward labour. While we can’t guarantee when labour will begin, many babies arrive soon after this therapy. By working in harmony with your body, the session encourages balance, readiness, and a sense of calm as you approach birth. Suitable from 37–38 weeks of pregnancy onwards, this treatment is provided by Specialist Midwife Therapists trained in pregnancy, labour, and postnatal care, using reflexology techniques tailored specifically for this important stage. Carried out in the tranquil & private space of our therapy room in Hurstpierpoint.
