Initial Physio Assessment (Therapy Room)

Service Description

A one-to-one physiotherapy appointment for assessment of musculoskeletal aches, pains, injuries or movement concerns during pregnancy or postnatally. Your appointment will include time to discuss your symptoms and goals, a tailored physical assessment and a discussion with you about the most appropriate way forward. Treatment may include exercise, movement advice, education and hands-on treatment where appropriate for your stage of pregnancy or postnatal recovery.
