Service Description

A nurturing, therapeutic massage designed to ease the physical demands of pregnancy while providing time to relax and unwind. Your treatment will take place in our peaceful therapy room in Hurstpierpoint and will be tailored to your individual needs, helping to relieve muscular tension, improve comfort and support your changing body throughout pregnancy. As a qualified physiotherapist and massage therapist, your session can also include advice on posture, movement, stretching and simple exercises to help you manage common pregnancy aches and pains between appointments. This appointment is a therapeutic massage provided in our Hurstpierpoint therapy room and does not include a physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis or treatment plan.
